Our training programme is developed in response to the identified needs of our members. If you have training needs that are not being met by our current programme we would like to hear from you. NB: DEVELOP Training in Wiltshire is funded by Wiltshire Council and delivered by GROW (DEVELOP working in partnership with Voluntary Action Kennet). Priority booking will be given to groups in Wiltshire but we will be happy to take bookings from groups in B&NES, 3 weeks before the event, subject to space.  Please contact Jackie Crowther  – Training and Development Officer - Grow. This is an interactive and practical course where learners are encouraged to apply their common sense and planning skills to the process of Business Planning.  Too often the words ‘Business Planning’ put people off but in reality it is a really good tool that can help you to become a better organisation, a better fundraiser, a better manager and a better provider. learners will understand and be able to name the main elements to be described in a Business Plan
