STATEMENT FROM THE TRUSTEES OF CVS NORTH WILTS AND WESSEX COMMUNITY ACTION REGARDING PROPOSED MERGER
After a year of conducting Due Diligence and getting to know each other, the Trustees of both organisations have concluded that the ethos and culture of the two organisations are fundamentally different and do not fit together suitably to carry out a merger.
Both organisations are committed to supporting the voluntary and community sector and will work together collaboratively wherever possible to improve the range of services and support they offer.
